After a quick break we came back to take part in a workshop. At the beginning we listened to the lecture about the life of youth during The Second World War, then we were to compare our own life to their existence. It made us realize how much freedom and privilages we have now. After a while we went downstairs to listen to some interviews with the victims of the former concentration camp. Then we got icecreams as a reward for our work.
Guys from Germany was to prepare ‘Deutsche Abend’. At 19. We all gathered in a kitchen to have a supper with some German dishes. The food was great. Because of Asia’s birthday everybody sang ‘sto lat’ and ‘happy birthday’ and she was also given some presents- a birthday cake made by Charlene and a birthday card. Next a quiz concerning the knowledge about Germany took place. After the results of the quiz everyone took part in some games outside.
